CERQL Data security notice

There is a balance to be drawn between the benefit of the details contained within the QR code being available to the emergency services, and the downside if the code is scanned by someone with the wrong intentions.

The information should therefore be vital to those that need it, and exclude data that may put you at risk of any form of crime.

Sussex Road Safety Partnership recommend the following;

National Health Service (NHS) Number: Driving Licence Number: Medical Conditions: Prescribed Medication: Allergies: Next of Kin Contact Details: Relationship to Next of Kin: Photo of user

Lost property Tags / Keyrings

For everyday use we recommend you include more than one contact number, email address, work contact details, a photo so your property is only handed back to you, and any reward you may be willing to offer for safe return.

When going on holiday also include local contact details, hotel, and flight number to give a better chance of being reunited with your property before you leave.

Please consider carefully what you include as you are entirely responsible for the content, exclude data that may put you at risk of any form of crime.
